Our Locally Famous Brisket Burgers – Slow Cooked for 14 Hours

This Brisket Burger has been made with a Gluten Free brioche roll, available for all our burgers when requested.

Our slow-cooked brisket burgers have become a firm favourite with diners. We cook the brisket low and slow for a full 14 hours until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender, roll it in it’s rich jus, and slice it fresh to order. It’s a recipe born from our earlier days running a food truck, prior to opening The Chubby Frog, and it’s still made with the same passion today.

And if you’re gluten free , no problem, all of our pizza’s can be made with a gluten free pizza base, so just let us know what you need and we’ll make it happen.

Our loaded waffle fries are the perfect partner to your meal and whilst they are designed to share, many choose to indulge all on their own, and why not?! Choose from our signature Beef Brisket, Fried Chicken & Bacon, or a Vegetarian Bean Chilli topped with Feta. All of our waffle fries come with our much loved homemade nacho cheese sauce, chipotle & jalapeños. This dish can be made gluten free by using our house seasoned chips, rather than waffle fries.
