Summers looking good in Caxton this year! Here’s a little bit more info on some of the goings on at The Chubby Frog….
Kids Workshops
We’ll be hosting weekly kids workshops that include pizza making, flower crown & mask making, plus gardening club and painting. All workshops will be designed for kids under 11 to enjoy, in which they can proudly take their creations home, or eat them there and then! Priced at £5 per child and running every Thursday from the 25th of July until 29th of August. Adults will be required to stay on site but are welcome to enjoy the garden whilst their little ones mingle and play. Our fickle British weather will absolutely not put a stop to any of our events, and therefore we intend to host these workshops rain or shine…. Brollies and sunscreen advised! We do have large parasols in our gorgeous little beer garden but please do come prepared anyway.
Free Brunch for Kids for Under 10’s
As an independent family run business, and as a blended family of 5 ourselves, we know how pricey the summer holidays can get!! With that in mind, throughout the entire summer holidays we’ll be offering a free kids brunch for every adult brunch ordered. This offer is available for kids under 10 every Monday, Thursday & Friday between 10-2, from 22nd July - 30th of August.
Born In The USA - Pub Quiz
Another instalment of our locally famous pub quizzes! These book up fast, so don’t hang about - assemble your teams and book now! July 4th from 8:30-10pm. Teams of up to 6 / £10 cash buy in on the night, with all proceeds going towards 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes. If you’re joining us for dinner and drinks beforehand, booking from 6:30pm onwards is advised!
